I created this web site to share informaton about me and my career. 

About Me

I have been in IT for the last 20 years.  I began my career on the technical side as a developer, architect, and certified engineer.  About ten years ago I began working in the management side of IT.  I have been a project manager for over ten years and have also held positions of manager and director.  I am skilled at building and leading high performance work teams which deliver agreed upon results.  I am experienced with creating, deploying,  and managing IT processes.  My management style involves clearly setting expectations then personally following up to ensure things are on track.  My leadership style combines relationship building with delivering results.  I also have a wonderful family with two young boys just starting school.  I enjoy wood working, golf, and fishing in my off time.
